Who is eligible to live at longevity living
Admission is based on assessment to ensure we can safely meet each resident's needs.
How do i know if my loved one is a good fit?
We complete a comprehensive assessment before admission.
Is your home licensed
Yes. We operate in compliance with all applicable Connecticut state licensing regulations.
Can Someone move in immediately?
Depending on availability and completion of the admissions process, expedited admissions may be available.
Can families visit before making a decision?
Yes! We encourage families to schedule a private tour.
What assistance do residents receive?
Assistance may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, walking, medication reminders, meals, housekeeping, laundry, transportation coordination, and activities.
Do you provide 24-hour care?
Yes! Both registered nurses and aides are present and available 24 hours a day.
Do you provide medication management?
Staff assist with medications in accordance with state regulations and physician orders.
Can residents keep their own physicians?
Yes!
Do you coordinate with home health or hospice?
Yes, when appropriate.
